Who needs a unifying theme anyway?

Because you guys all love our bush-junk, here’s a pic from a year or two back.

This is a friend of mine who was driving late at night and had to slam on the anchors to avoid hitting this koala, which had for reasons unknown decided to sit himself in the middle of the road.

The koala appeared unhurt, but didn’t move when approached, which is pretty unusual. So my friend picked him up, carried him off the road, and sat him down a little way off into the scrub.

Afterwards my friend said of the experience “now I can’t get smell of eucalyptus off my hands”.
