Ok so the implementation of ‘places’ on the ipad’s photo app is pretty awesome. Do an opening pinch (whatever you call that) over a pin on the map and it reveals the images taken at that spot. Decide that’s not what you wanted to see because of that picture of LuckyShirt? Just let it go and it all closes back down to the pin.
I’ve been playing around with the ui and gestures in the photo app for a while now and I think it’s a great window into what multi touch is going to give us in the longer term.
